How to Choose the Right Exothermic Welding Mold for Different Grounding Applications

The exothermic welding process is a permanent metal bonding technique used to join copper conductors, grounding rods, and electrical components. Unlike conventional welding, it uses a chemical reaction between metal oxide and aluminum powder to generate extremely high temperatures, producing molten copper that forms a strong, low-resistance connection.
